Privacy Policy
Our check-out procedure is handled through Pay Pal so there is no need to share any credit card information with our site directly. We do have partners that assist us with the fulfillment of your orders. Those partners receive only minimal information needed to ship your order promptly (e.g. name and shipping address).
We ask that you supply your phone number and e-mail address when placing an order, only so that we have a means of contacting you quickly if there is a problem or question regarding your order. We never use your phone number to make telemarketing sales calls to you, and have no plans to use your e-mail address for marketing with unsolicited bulk e-mails (spam). We never rent or exchange your phone number or e-mail address with any other company.

Payment Options
Pay with Pay Pal: This payment method redirects you to the Pay Pal site which allows you to use existing Pay Pal funds, Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express and Diner's Club. The screen during the check-out process will guide you through setting up a Pay Pal account if you do not already have one.
Pay with Check or Money order: Please allow a 2 week period for personal checks to clear before shipping.

Shipping Info
We ship daily Monday - Friday via USPS and UPS within the continental United States only. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Please remember to enter a street address when setting up shipping information.
We reserve the right to choose the carrier based on the most cost effective rates!
Some of our products are shipped factory-direct UPS Ground and will therefore ship separately from other items you may place in your cart. We are pointing those items out in the detail descriptions.

Return Policy
Items shipped from our warehouse:
Return items must be received within 30 days of delivery date for a refund of purchase amount. Item must be in new condition with original tags attached and re-packaged in original packaging - no exceptions.
To ensure proper credit and a smooth and quick transaction you must email us for a RA# (Return Authorization Number), with reason for return, before returning an item. Once the return has been received in our warehouse we will issue a credit in the same way payment was received. We recommend that items are insured on the return trip. We cannot give credit for items damaged in transit.
Note that shipping costs are not refunded nor is K9-Giants responsible for return shipping. We recommend that items are insured on the return trip. Credit cannot be given for items damaged in transit.
Items shipped factory-direct:
Products that were shipped factory-direct will have to be returned to the manufacturer. Contact us for details on this procedure along with the reason for return.
Once the manufacturer confirms receipt of the returned item K9-Giants will issue a credit of purchase amount in the same way payment was received. Note that shipping costs are not refunded.
